The reason I gave a 4, not a 5, is because I had several concerns about my car that they wouldn’t fix because they were unable to replicate the problem. There were 2 rattles they couldn’t fix because they couldn’t hear them (totally understandable ), but there was an issue with my speaker and passenger seat sensor that wasn’t fixed. My passenger door speaker often goes fuzzy as if it is blown. It’s obviously not since it operates properly most of the time but being that my car is only under warranty for so long, I wanted them to replace the speaker so it works properly in the long run. The other issue is my passenger seat sensor is way too sensitive. If something that weighs 3 lbs is put on the seat, the seatbelt alarm will go off until I turn the car off- it doesn’t even stop when I remove the object. There should be something that can be done about it because it’s unreasonable. I was told, “just don’t put your purse there anymore.” While I understand the solution, I shouldn’t have to put my purse in the floor because my seat sensor will trigger and I’ll have to listen to it until I get to my destination. If that’s a known fault of the vehicle’s, the service team should be accountable but Acura should find a way to fix it. More
