I was also comparing cars from other manufacturers, Carl gave me a quick run-through, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes vs. Acura, he wasn't pushy, thorough and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust Carl to help me get the best deal, he was upfront about what he can offer, wasn't frustrated with the amount of time it took to complete the purchase, gave me several test drives, I was also considering certified used car, but finally decided on a new model. I wish more dealers would be like Carl! More
