Being in sales myself, i'm very critical of other salesmen, Ken McCosby did an excellent job throughout the process. Very professional, knowledgeable and not overly aggressive but still quick to respond. I would definitely work with him again. Financing was a breeze with Josiah Lenzi, very easy to work with and well organized and informative, even when I was asking specific breakdowns on the costing. We had one little hiccup (which ended up in my favor) but the dealership took care of everything and I only had to stop in one extra time for a total of 5 minutes to re-sign a few things. not a problem at all.
