Amazing Service I am so pleased that I decided to come to Baierl Acura. I was on Autotrader.com and I saw a vehicle that I was interested in. I then called the number on the add and first spoke with Ryan Castleberry and he was very professional after talking to him about my situation. He then called me back and made arrangements for me to test drive the vehicle and paired me up with another sales person to ensure that everything went smooth. After arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Carl Gasper who took me out for the test drive. After all of the paperwork was submitted, he assured me that everything would be taken care even with the issues I had been having going to other dealerships. Carl Gasper was very polite, professional and knowledgable about the entire process. Working with him was truly a pleasure.
