Baraboo Motors I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot. I want the powers to be to know that Charlie Simmons and everyone else that I dealt with at Baraboo Motors during my purchase gave me OUTSTANDING service and treated me and my husband, Gary, like we were royalty. We have always been treated like that when we have bought other vehicles there and we couldn't be happier. Charlie is a wonderful man and presents himself very well as did the other people that helped with my purchase. I can only hope that all your dealerships employ people like Baraboo Motors has. In my opinion they all need a big raise or bonus. As long as I am alive and able I will always go to Charlie or who ever else is there for any purchases I might have in mind. GOOD JOB BARABOO MOTORS! Horrible cheating crooks! I believe they are a bunch of crooks. I have taken 2 vehicles to them on 2 separate occasions for diagnostics. First was a Jeep Liberty that was I believe they are a bunch of crooks. I have taken 2 vehicles to them on 2 separate occasions for diagnostics. First was a Jeep Liberty that was having intermittent problems with the battery going dead. They ran a diagnostic on it twice two weeks a part and both times they said there is no problem. Second was a Dodge Avenger that was dying out whenever it came to a stop. I had taken it to my mechanic and he said it was either the cam positioning sensor or the crank positioning sensor. I told this to Baraboo motors and they called me say it's contaminated oil and they wanted to due an oil change. Their report listed the 2 sensors but the oil problem was at the top of the list. So I said fine change the oil. Then I got a call saying that the car was still having the same problem and they had to run a second diagnostic test. When the test came back it read the cam sensor like we told them. I really think that with the Jeep they shouldn't have charged me for the tests since they couldn't come up with a problem. Especially since they saw for themselves the problem with the battery. With the Avenger I strongly feel they owe me a refund for one of the diagnostics because the problem was exactly what we said. I also think they owe me a refund on the oil change that didn't need to be done. They ripped me off and didn't even have the decency to have a respectful conversation with me regarding the charges. Nobody should EVER go to them they are thieves!!!!! More

Great first experience with this dealership. Having experienced a problem with my vehicle while in Baraboo I stopped in late in the afternoon. I was promptly and courteously treated. The lateness of the day made it impossible to complete the repair then, but extra effort was made to provide me with a loner so that I could get home and back. Time to change the oil in my 2008 Sebring! I called Baraboo Motors and spoke to Samantha Faul to arrange for an oil change. At that time I also asked her if she would check the records to see if my car was due for any other procedures. My car is 7 years old with mileage just over 21,000 miles. She did as I asked and called me back the next day. She suggested that in addition to the oil change a tune-up and brake inspection would be advisable at this time. This seemed like a good idea to me so she set a date for service on Sept. 15th at 1 PM. My car received a thorough inspection by David Radtke and I was handed a bill for $188.05 instead of the original estimate of $637.00 for the work done. I had received a detailed report from Sarah Pate on all the work done on the vehicle.. I wish to express my appreciation to all involved for a job well done!! More
