Disappointing. I was in for an oil change and asked for my headlights to be adjusted up a little. I was charged $15 for something that should have been a couple min I was in for an oil change and asked for my headlights to be adjusted up a little. I was charged $15 for something that should have been a couple minutes job that i would have thought been part of the service since i bought my car from your company. I had read on line about other Chrysler 200 drivers having the same issue so to me it is a matter of correcting an issue. First time in my live of owner vehicles thst i have ever had to have headlights adjusted on a new or used vehicle. Technician wrote that he check my air pressure in my tires and set them to factory specification at 32 lbs. I check just shortly after i left and they were at 42 lbs. I called back to the dealership and told them that he infact had NOT checked and adjusted the air pressure yet his shop report says he did. Had a light out on the tachometer since day one when i purchased it and told Charlie my sales person about it. Charlie had said to bring it in so here i am. Shop looked at it and Mariah says that it isn't just a bulb that can be replaced its the dash cluster andvthat she would look up the price. Um this shouldn't be my expense as it wasn't working properly when i purchased it. More

Timely repair for out of state traveler BMG provided excellent service for me when my Chrysler T&C van had to be towed and serviced for a engine shuttering fault condition. Since we were travelling from out of state it was a little more stressful. However, Samantha Faul was very courteous and expedient in getting the problem looked at and repaired even though the repair staff was low this week. Also, she was able to get us a dealer car to use during the repair which allowed us to enjoy our vacation without too much inconvenience. The van was repaired in less than two days. I am extremely impressed and thankful for the service I received from Samantha and all of those involved whose name I do not know. More

A+ service ! I drove up from Chicago for 4th of July weekend and lost the keys to my 2012 Chrysler 300 while at Mt. Olympus. From the initial phone call this place I drove up from Chicago for 4th of July weekend and lost the keys to my 2012 Chrysler 300 while at Mt. Olympus. From the initial phone call this place was A+. They recommended a great tow truck company. They didn't have my key in stock but they went and got it from another dealer. By the time I got my car towed to the dealer the key was ready already there. They got everything programmed for me and I was out within an hour. I can say this place is great ! More
