Saved Me and My Ride! I had my oil changed at one of those oil change places in town and when I got my Jeep back the oil light and check engine light were on. When I took i I had my oil changed at one of those oil change places in town and when I got my Jeep back the oil light and check engine light were on. When I took it back to the lube place they said it was nothing they did!! I came into BMG right when their service department opened up on black Friday and even though I didn't have an appointment they said they would work me in. They found out that the wrong oil filter had been put in! A lot more damaged could have been caused and I am very thankful for their SERVICE department. Samantha was very nice and helpful! More

Great service experience We broke down on are way to a wedding and had to be towed to a dealership. The service department were so very helpful. They had to do some searching for the parts that they did not have in stock. Also they were able to get us in on a Friday afternoon, and had us back on the road by the end of the day. They kept us up on the progress of our repair I have had some bad experiences at dealership in our area so being that we were not local I was a little skeptical. Was the best experience I have every had and would have my vehicle service they any time. I also want to thank Samantha Faul for being so pleasant and all the others at the service counter.
