Frustrating and lonely I was in the market for a good used Subaru and I found one that I really liked on Bachman's web site, so I called and they said "come on down, we have I was in the market for a good used Subaru and I found one that I really liked on Bachman's web site, so I called and they said "come on down, we have it." I made the 40 minute drive in and was ushered into a small room by a salesman, I showed him the car I had picked out and he disappeared for about a 20 minutes leaving me sitting in his office. After a very long time he returned and informed me that the car I wanted had been sold at an auction and that I was out of luck. It had been left on their website by mistake. I asked if he had anything similar (five or so years old for around 12,000) and he said that he just didn't have anything like that and left. Long story short... I purchased what I was looking for at another dealer. 6 months later, I took my Subaru in for a recall service on the airbag, the service department made it clear that they did not like doing recall service because they didn't make any money off of it. They did a very poor job putting my dashboard back together and the radio no longer worked. I had to disassemble the dash, find the connectors that they failed to properly connect, then re-assemble the dash myself. So to recap.... A sales department that doesn't seem interested in selling cars and a service department that does sloppy, half-way work. What Bachman doesn't seem to realize is that I buy a car every couple of years and always have my service done at the dealer, but I will never set foot on their property to purchase anything or return to their service department, I will also share my story with anyone who will listen. More

The car salesman was very helpful The gentleman who sold us the car was very professional, enthusiastic, spent a lot of time showing us the car and it’s special features. The gentleman who exlained the warranty was also very professional and polite although I have to admit I was disappointed in what seemed to be a very limited warranty for a car in this price range.
