I am sorry you have had a bad experience with Terrance. He is a new salesperson that just started. That is not an excuse and he should have followed up with you about the extra key fob. I'm glad the local Honda store was able to find the issue that you were having and make the repair under the original manufactures warranty. You bought a really nice low mile vehicle! If you email me a copy of receipt for the key fob I will make sure that you get reimbursed for that amount.
