In comparison with other dealers I had also contacted initially by email, this company (and Eric) were the best: immediate response and a correct assessment of what I was looking for - the other dealers failed to either respond in a timely manner or got my email mixed up with someone wanting to trade in a Honda. Everyone also took the time to thank my son for his service. The other dealers did not. Darren greeted us as soon as we pulled up and immediately got into the process of helping my son find the car on the lot that met his criteria - that mainly being a stick shift. They had only one in the Outback/Forester/Crosstrek products my son was considering, but 20 minutes and a test drive later, a sale was made. If I buy another car before moving from Kentucky I will go to Bachman's first, and hopefully, only! More

I tried to purchase another make/model through various local dealerships. After being disappointed and quite frankly, disgusted with those salespeople, I decided to check out Bachman Subaru. I had never even sat in a Subaru before test driving the XV Crosstrek. I wasn't 100% sure about purchasing this right away. Darren House was my salesperson, and he was so professional and patient with me. I never felt any pressure thoughout the entire purchasing process. After a couple of weeks, I contacted Mr. House to inquire further about the vehicle I was looking for. After quickly (and painlessly) negotiating the price online, he had my brand new XV Crosstrek Limited delivered within a week. I would highly recommend Mr. House to both friends and strangers if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. My satifaction did not stop there. I received a very fair trade in value for my old "baby," and my finance manager, Andrew Norton provided me with a better loan rate than what I brought to the table. Mr. Norton explained every single document that was presented to me and did not pressure me into signing up for additional warranties/services. To top this all off...Bachman called me a few days later asking for my permission to have a prospective buyer call me regarding my old car that I traded in. I spoke to the customer and informed her of all the history (including issues) I had with the old car. All and all, it is quite obvious that I am extremely happy with all the steps that i took to become a first time Subie owner. I love my new car...and I love Bachman Subaru! More

We visited the dealership on a Saturday and was greeted by salesman that wasn't to pushy. He let us look around and explained the vehicle to us. When we left he gave us a booklet with his card and told us to call him with any questions. My husband later called him and ask him to give him a quote on a 2013 Crosstreck. He called back the same day a couple of hours later. My husband said we could down over the weekend, but we didn't make it. The salesman still wasn't pushy, he called back later the next week and spoke to my twelve year old son and told him if we were still interested he could make us a better deal than what he had quoted us earlier. My husband called him back and made an appointment to go down the following Saturday. We were very happy with what they offered us for our trade (paid it off) and we had a brand new vehicle. The entire staff was kind and courteous. I would recommend Bachman Subaru, in fact I am thinking of returning and trading in my own car since the car we purchased was for my husband. More

James was nothing short of exceptional and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle through him. His love of cars and honest input were both very refreshing and made discussing my potential select hesitate to purchase another vehicle through him. I ordered a new BRZ through the Bachman Subaru dealership and he kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire build and delivery process. When I walked into Bachman Subaru, I was not ready or really wanting to buy, just to look at my options. Darren took the time to show me several options that I was looking for in a new Subaru, when I was really wanting to buy, just to look at my options. When I got to the dealership, it was close to closing time for them, but Darren NEVER rushed me ot the process. He literally showed me as many Outbacks that I wanted to see. When we went into his office, his professionalism and patience really made me want to do business with him, so I decided to go ahead with the process of purchasing my new Outback. When all was said and done, he never pressured me to buy anything that I knew I couldn't afford. He stayed with in my budget and made sure everything was exactly what I was looking for, even the color. He stayed close to two hours after closing time to ensure I was completely satidfied with my purchase price and car. I would absolutely recommend Darren to everyone I know who is looking to buy a new car. I will continue to do business with him in the future. More

We called ahead to inquire about specific models and by the time we arrived at Bachman, she was there waiting with a big smile; our vehicle all prepped and ready to go. From the moment we were introduced she showed a deep knowledge and love of the Subaru brand, a genuine concern for our needs as buyers, but most importantly—she was a pleasure to speak to on a personal level. She exhibited the height of professionalism while never pressing us to rush into a decision. When we decided to make our purchase, we found negotiations to be very pleasant. We were able to negotiate a price which we both felt was fair without having to deal with any of the hassle normally associated with buying a car. Since we’ve been home Debbie has continued to stay in contact with us and has shown a continued interest in serving our needs long after the purchase was complete. If you’re looking for a new or used car, do yourself a favor—take the drive to Louisville and speak to Debbie. You owe it to yourself once in your life to enjoy the process of buying a car from a true professional and a lovely person. More
