Sonata Hybrid I love my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It handles good and has so much room. The price was better than the Prius and had so much more room in the back for I love my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It handles good and has so much room. The price was better than the Prius and had so much more room in the back for our grandkids. The trunk was much better designed than the 2015! It is large and flat. I wish the seats laid down in the back! We thought it had 2 cup holders per person in the front but was disappointed there was only 1. I am a former Prius owner and said I would buy a Prius the next time, but our grandkids were bigger and the back was too small to ride 3 comfortably for long distances. I had rented a Sonata before and was so impressed I insisted on checking out their hybrid! I am glad I did! More

The first dealership manager undervalued my trade after I contacted this dealership because of a bad experience with three other Hyundai dealerships. The first dealership manager undervalued my trade after understanding that I knew what is was worth both wholesale and retail and then would not tell me the offer himself so I could discuss it with him. The second dealership treated me like I was a hobo looking for a test drive by requesting too much documentation and that I needed to be escorted during the test drive. The third dealership demanded even more documentation just to buy a vehicle after I decline a test drive and had a cashiers check in hand. So I found the fourth dealership - Bales - to buy my ELANTRA without the hassle of extraneous documentation, haggling over pricing, waiting for dealer exit servicing and went without a trade. I drove away the new car in about 30 min and the first tank calculated at 36.25 mpg. I was very happy with the whole transaction experience at BALES. More
