Unfortunately, you are absolutely correct in your statements. We absolutely dropped the ball, and this situation should have never occurred. We are currently in the process of trying to locate another vehicle for you as we speak, at a discounted price. Randy Hutchings, who is our CEO / managing partner owner has spoken to your husband and is trying to help in the location of a vehicle as well. This normally doesn't happen, but this is a rare case of our miscommunication internally allowed this to happen. I hope we can resolve this incident and get you in the vehicle you should already have bought from us.
