Absolutely terrible. Scheduled a recall appointment to replace the coil springs on my Ram 1500, 2 months in advance as requested, to ensure they got the parts in. I came to the appointment and dropped off my truck. Did not get a call back to come pick my truck back up. I called them the next day and they said the appointment was to have the tech check to see if the part needed replacing and then they would order the parts if needed. Once they had the parts in, they called me to schedule the new appointment. I dropped my truck off on the day of the appointment and they said that it will be ready by the end of the day. I called them about an hour before closing time and they told me that the truck would not be ready until next day. I told them that if the truck would not be ready by the end of the next day, to go ahead and put it back together as I needed my truck to go out of town. The next day, I got a call at 4:30 from them and was told that my truck wouldn't be ready for another 2 days. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that "We sold all of our loaner vehicles". Avoid this service department like the plague. More
