My F150 had transmission issues on way up to Flagstaff for a vacation with my 2 young daughters (5 and 2 ). I had recently had it sericed in my city and they had worked on the transmission. They advised m for a vacation with my 2 young daughters (5 and 2 ). I had recently had it sericed in my city and they had worked on the transmission. They advised me to take it to Babbitt and they would coordinate the repairswith Babbitt. When I got there, Babbitt service advisor told me their transmission guy wasnt there today (saturday) and wouldnt even be able to look at it until July. (Its currently June 19). I asked what I was supposed to do since my famipy and I were stuck. They told me of the other Ford dealers in nearby cities ( the closest was an hr away). I asked how I was going to get the truck there and i didnt want to become stranded enroute if it broke down. They said, "you are going to have to call your dealer and see what they want you to do." Wow thanks for the compassion and help. I will NEVER use your dealer for service nor pirchase of vehicles and I will make it my mission to spread the word so no one I know uses you either. More
