Bill who is supposed to be a manager in SERVICE cannot seem to provide adequate least of all good service. His techs have NOT fixed my car and it has been dropped off 3 times!!! Each time I have returned seem to provide adequate least of all good service. His techs have NOT fixed my car and it has been dropped off 3 times!!! Each time I have returned with the car in the same condition and have not had any explanation. Today when I returned my STILL BROKEN truck, Bill did not come out to apologize he told me to wash my loaner!! Who owns this place? I work on a dirt road, I work hard I do not have the luxury to wash other peoples cars. does Enterprise renta car require this service for their rentals? Hmmmm I DONT THINK SO but Bill who WONT fix my truck does!! More
