I was traveling through Flagstaff in my Ford Expedition at 1:00 pm, and my “Check engine” light came on. The mechanics replaced coil packs and all the spark plugs and had it completely repaired by 5:00 pm at 1:00 pm, and my “Check engine” light came on. I've been taking my car to Babbitt Ford for service ever since I bought it (there) in 2014. It's a great car, and the service department has always done a stellar job servicing it. However, I experienced from the last service that they don't honor an "appointment time." My car was supposed to have worked on at 11:00 one morning, and they didn't get started on it until after 3:00. This may have been because of staff issues - or just poor scheduling, but they never bothered to tell me that I needed to wait as long as I did. More
