The dealership looks like it was built in the 60's and hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. The lady who takes your payment is very unfriendly and rud hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. I've already had 3 recalls on my 21' F150 and that doesn't include having the instrument panel replaced a month after purchasing the vehicle. I received a letter from Ford saying there was a recall and to take my truck in, which I did. After making the appointment and dropping it off I was told they could not perform the fix because Ford put a stop to it. It didn't matter because I was also there to address a balding front right tire on a truck that has 12,000 miles on it. If you're from Northern Arizona and you want a Ford I'd suggest heading to Phoenix and hope that you don't have to deal with Babbitt Ford for anything. More
