Can you give more than 5 stars? The service department here went above and beyond to help me as I was driving my 2018 Ford F-150 Platinum through the area heading back to Texas. I just wish we had a Ford Dealership like this in Houston. If we did, I wouldn't be saying I am no longer a Ford fan, but would be consistently buying over and over again from a dealership like this. They helped us on a Saturday morning to repair my truck to get us home and did it all within less than 2 hours!!! I just got back to my area, and my local Planet Ford tells me, 'yeah it will be 21-30 days before they can see me' even if the truck is not safe to continue driving. Please, Please... send some of your service folks to our Houston Ford dealerships, we desperately need these kind and supportive Ford representatives in our area!!! More

The dealership looks like it was built in the 60's and hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. The lady who takes your payment is very unfriendly and rud hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. The lady who takes your payment is very unfriendly and rude. I've already had 3 recalls on my 21' F150 and that doesn't include having the instrument panel replaced a month after purchasing the vehicle. I received a letter from Ford saying there was a recall and to take my truck in, which I did. After making the appointment and dropping it off I was told they could not perform the fix because Ford put a stop to it. It didn't matter because I was also there to address a balding front right tire on a truck that has 12,000 miles on it. If you're from Northern Arizona and you want a Ford I'd suggest heading to Phoenix and hope that you don't have to deal with Babbitt Ford for anything. More
