The dealership looks like it was built in the 60's and hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. The lady who takes your payment is very unfriendly and rud hasn't been updated since then. It's old, dated and the staff doesn't seem to care much. The lady who takes your payment is very unfriendly and rude. I've already had 3 recalls on my 21' F150 and that doesn't include having the instrument panel replaced a month after purchasing the vehicle. I received a letter from Ford saying there was a recall and to take my truck in, which I did. After making the appointment and dropping it off I was told they could not perform the fix because Ford put a stop to it. It didn't matter because I was also there to address a balding front right tire on a truck that has 12,000 miles on it. If you're from Northern Arizona and you want a Ford I'd suggest heading to Phoenix and hope that you don't have to deal with Babbitt Ford for anything. More

Was looking for a low mileage mid sized SUV with 3rd row seating. Babbit ford had just gotten the vehicle I ultimatley bought in stock. Service department is terrible. I’m new to Flagstaff and the locals warn me about Babbitt Ford service I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the locals proved to be right.I have I’m new to Flagstaff and the locals warn me about Babbitt Ford service I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the locals proved to be right.I have a 2019 F2 50 with 60,000 miles and I continually had a single sensors going offThat would kick off my cruise control I had it into Babbit Ford four times before They finally just replaced a bunch of sensors , charged me $900 and told me that the sensor causing my cruise control to kick off would probably continue to do so because my truck was lifted and oh by the way your steering box is bad and we can fix it for $2300. Then my service writer proceeded to tell me that all trucks that are lifted will chew up steering boxes and that when they see a lifted truck come into them for service they get really excited because they know they’re going to make a lot of money. I am a 60 years old contractor That has owned dozens of lifted trucks and have never chewed up a steering box. The service writers condescending attitude and outright admitting it they’re just in for the money and don’t care about the customer will make me never go back to Babbit Ford More
