Hayden Westling was great to work with. He updated us every time there was an update from Ford. Unfortunately we had to wait for 5 months to have the car from the day we paid the deposi He updated us every time there was an update from Ford. Unfortunately we had to wait for 5 months to have the car from the day we paid the deposit to the day we got the car, but all of this delay was because of Ford's production/delivery issues. We were very unhappy because we had to rent a car and sometimes even postpone our summer vacations because renting got so expensive during summer and autumn. We were at times considering to get a Rav4 or another model instead, but every month Ford would push the estimated delivery time by another month, which was very misleading and it basically ruined any road trip plans our family had for the summer or autumn. Should we have known we'd be waiting for 5 months we would've definitively gotten another car. We put the deposit on July 26th and received the car on December 23rd. Thank you Hayden for working hard and always being on top of every step of the purchase. And thank you very much expediting the delivery on your end once your dealership received the car - it was a great Christmas gift! More
