Last Thursday Aug 3rd my 2014 F150 died on me on my way into Flagstaff. I limped into the service area and Mike Garcia (service) helped organize a ride for me and may wife to rent a car. He said it would be a while until they could take a look (very busy). Later that day spent some time on Babbits website and found they had the new F150 hybrid power boost in stock. Miles in sales contacted me and we made arrangements to meet Friday (next day). After a couple of test drives found the one, worked out a deal, and drove it back to Phoenix on Saturday. Mike called early this week and diagnosed my old trucks problem being a bad fuel pump. In process of being fixed and will be in discussions to sell it to Babbit. To summarize, they made a stressful situation turn out to be a really enjoyable experience. Courteous, kind, and honest. Cannot expect more than that. Chuck Mills More
