Replace touch screen I bought my 2013 Lincoln from Babbitt Ford brand new. Love my car but have had a few issues. Service department needs work. Twice they have called to say the part is in twice I took my car in to have them call me the part wasn't there. I even got blamed for making the second appointment on my own with no call about the part being there. It's been 6 weeks since the start still no part!! Once if ever they get the part fixed I won't go back to Babbitts. More
The Best Service Yet My family and I had been off roading and dispersed camping in our F350 and pop-up truck camper for over a month and it was time for an oil change and My family and I had been off roading and dispersed camping in our F350 and pop-up truck camper for over a month and it was time for an oil change and inspection. We called a few days before we would arrive in Flagstaff and made an appointment. Bernie (the service manager) asked all the right questions, set the time and was really personable. When we arrived, there was no wait. Recommendations were made for a breakfast spot nearby and we would be notified by phone when the service was done. In less than an hour we got the call. We talked with Bernie and his service team, Gregory and Mathew and got a complete verbal description of how the service went and what was done. All the service team was knowledgable, efficient and courteous. Bernie really made the whole experience worth the Five Star rating. He had it all under control and had us laughing with his stories and entertaining personality. That all said, this Service Department provided the best service I have experienced with Ford ... ever. More
Don't not shop or take you car here. This dealership blames all of therr products problems on the car owner. When talking to the service department they are always very insulting. When attempting to set an appointment they never perform the services that have been scheduled. They always want you to bring the car back. I will never visit this dealership again. Will drive to Phoenix for help. More

Babbitt Ford removed my entire interior to fix my external wind deflector for my sunroof . When I asked why , they told me I didnt know what I was talking about . The replacement plastic accuator is external wind deflector for my sunroof . When I asked why , they told me I didnt know what I was talking about . The replacement plastic accuator is located outside the car and easily accessible. W#hen I asked why they removed everything - they told me to wait another 5 hours while they put it back together . When I got it back there were new scratches and damage to my brand new car . There was also several personal items missing including my ipod More
This is a dealership with a very nice small town feel. I felt no pressure. Nick Cashatt is a very good and funny salesman. He kept me laughing. I met Mr. Cashatt in December 2009 when I stopped by the dealership to check out a truck I've been waiting for, the Ford F150 Raptor. He gave good vehicle information that helped me decide between the smaller engine or wait for the larger 6.2 liter. I decided to wait and then called him in April 2010 when I saw that there was a black 6.2 liter on the Babbitt lot. My life was made easy by the people at the Babbitt Ford dealership. I made the mistake of checking dealers in Phoenix who advertised deals too good to be true, and they were, and was reminded quickly why I like this local dealership. The Dealers in Phoenix frequently play the games that make vehicle shopping a nightmare and I want to run away pulling my hair out. Babbitt Ford in Flagstaff didn't play games with me. It was all relaxed and enjoyable. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. More
