We then received a notice that we needed to make an appointment for our 20,000 mile check plus a recall on the rear seat bracket. Again 4 phone calls and being put on hold forever we finally went in in person and made the appointment for 20K and the recall. When we took the car in they changed the oil, which we did not ask for, and they did not do the recall telling us that they did not have us scheduled and we needed to make another appointment. More
Not up to Par Shuttle service is lacking. One of the drivers did not have a cell phone and got mad because I was not standing outside in the rain when he picked me Shuttle service is lacking. Very poor warranty repair I bought my F150 in April of 2017. I had a small dent on pass. front door which was to be fixed. I took it in two times. I also had a bad squeak in I bought my F150 in April of 2017. I had a small dent on pass. front door which was to be fixed. I took it in two times. I also had a bad squeak in bed area of truck. Service couldn't find it, said they were not experienced with aluminum frames and would need set appt. with body shop 2 weeks out. I could make it squeak by pushing down on bed with 1 hand. I had an oil change done and found I had an oil and water leak. Told they torqued the water pump bolts and replaced the oil pan gasket. My following oil change I still had an oil leak. I was shown it by the tech and silicone was literally gobbed onto the pan where the leak was. So this is what you can expect from a Ford dealership. More

I had not driven one since the late 70s (an Indianapolis 500 pace car replica) and it was a fun time learning experience during the test drive. The biggest advance to me was the immediate response of the turbo charger. A good deal soon followed. More
