One of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Well to start off the receptionist working there was so rude and hung up on me three times, they still have her working there too. Second, we were told our vehicle would be ready by Thursday and then they said Monday. When I called and got upset Saturday then it was all of a sudden ready 10 minutes later. Third, they fixed our 4 wheel drive and then It was on tour today and it got stuck because it didn’t work which humiliated my company and disappointed the tourist who were on tour with us. Fourth, I asked for a phone call from the owner and still never received it. Completely unprofessional. The manager is nice, but it’s not enough to make up for what this has done to our business today and I will never forget how the receptionist ask me to stop talking so she could, and I asked for her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me and hung up. No communication skills. It’s a family owned business so she’s not going anywhere. I’ve been disappointed a few times and this is one of them. More

They are returning to the service they used to give I have taken my vehicles to Babbitt for 12 years. They were awesome until about 9 months ago. With personnel change they dropped the ball many times I have taken my vehicles to Babbitt for 12 years. They were awesome until about 9 months ago. Since I had a long history with them I stuck with them They seem to have gotten things back in order and the last trip there they seemed to have resolved the issue I had. Service We tried by phone to get ahold of BF three different days to have the oil changed but could not get them so we got the oil changed at another location We tried by phone to get ahold of BF three different days to have the oil changed but could not get them so we got the oil changed at another location. We then received a notice that we needed to make an appointment for our 20,000 mile check plus a recall on the rear seat bracket. Again 4 phone calls and being put on hold forever we finally went in in person and made the appointment for 20K and the recall. When we took the car in they changed the oil, which we did not ask for, and they did not do the recall telling us that they did not have us scheduled and we needed to make another appointment. More
