poor customer service Sales rep filling out service report, I said I have a free oil change. He questioned did I have a service contract. I went on to the waiting area. Service rep came to waiting area, said he could not find that I had a free oil change, I asked if the truck could have two records. I said I had 2 free oil changes in the past which he said he could not find. I said I could go to the truck and get the other 2 records, he said he would check with his manager. I said I would pay for the oil change. He returned from his manager and said he had found the previous complementary oil changes and this one would be free. I questioned him about the brakes he said paper work said they were in normal range. Said to pick up the keys at the cashier's office. Cashier said truck was in the west parking lot, out the front door turn left. As I looked at the sidewalk I did not want to take a chance of falling with a bad back and 2 injured knees. I went back through the service area told the rep sitting at his desk that this was the only dealer that made you hunt for your vehicle and I was afraid to walk on the icy side walk in the front. He offered to find the vehicle, I said I would find it, he walked me to the vehicle. When I got home I checked the window sticker to see the next service date. They had not changed the sticker, old one still in the window. I get the feeling this said do not return. Sorry to say, another disappointing dealing with this dealer, More

The service person called me back at 1415 stating a part, was ok with it. car was ready for pick up at 3.30 pm I was happy with the service, tires rotated, reviewed the service done to it, mostly green marks, Thanks keeping me on the road. When we picked up the truck we noticed there was a big oil leak under it. We brought it back and found out that the tech did not put in the washer on the oil pan plug. That got fixed, but then upon driving out again there was noise under the truck. We left it over night. The next morning it was discovered that the 2 front hub caps were not reinstalled correctly and were rattling. That was promptly repaired. It was a inconvenience to return the truck for corrections. The service rep Jack was very good in correcting the problems quickly. We still love Babbitts service but this time didn't go so well. More

Front End Issue Brought in a 2017 F250 with the death wobble with 39000 miles. My first death wobble occurred with 36500 on the odometer. Lucky me. Parts are delayed for 2 months. Scared to drive the truck with trailer. Disappointed with Ford Corporate for not recognizing the significance of the issue and not stepping up to recall and repair the truck. I have been a loyal Ford truck owner for 38 years. I have owned 12 trucks. Never have I experienced this problem with any of them. Something is just not right with this version of the truck. I am questioning my loyalty to Ford. Next truck? Happy with the dealer service, My issue is with Ford. More
