Terrible customer service Over charge you on service a lot!! Mindset is stated by service Rep "It's the cost of living in Flagstaff" comment. Also they due not give military or veteran discounts on service. They due not clean your vehicle after service or do anything extra then the bare minimum. I call and left a couple of messages regarding damage to vehicle with the GM and never received a call back. Also requested a service quote for after market item from service rep never returned my call. Pretty sketch, and check out. Not sure what the problems are within there management. However, I rather drive an hour and a half out of the way to receive service. It appears that every time we have had vehicle serviced at this dealership...
