We purchased a 2016 Ford F250. We did receive a good sales price. However there were issues that should have been caught during their vehicle inspection. The immediate issues were resolved. When taking sales price. However there were issues that should have been caught during their vehicle inspection. The immediate issues were resolved. When taking it in for a routine oil change after a 60 day warranty had expired it was found that the brakes were completely worn out (metal on metal). We brought it to our service writer Dustin's attention this should have been found on the initial inspection prior to our purchase. Dustin agreed and had the problem resolved immediately. We are thankful Dustin and the technicians took the extra time and stayed late on a Saturday to see to our safety. More
