We purchased a 2016 Ford F250. We did receive a good sales price. However there were issues that should have been caught during their vehicle inspection. The immediate issues were resolved. When taking it in for a routine oil change after a 60 day warranty had expired it was found that the brakes were completely worn out (metal on metal). We brought it to our service writer Dustin's attention this should have been found on the initial inspection prior to our purchase. Dustin agreed and had the problem resolved immediately. We are thankful Dustin and the technicians took the extra time and stayed late on a Saturday to see to our safety. More

Terrible customer service Over charge you on service a lot!! Mindset is stated by service Rep "It's the cost of living in Flagstaff" comment. I call and left a couple of messages regarding damage to vehicle with the GM and never received a call back. Also requested a service quote for after market item from service rep never returned my call. Pretty sketch, and check out. Not sure what the problems are within there management. However, I rather drive an hour and a half out of the way to receive service. It appears that every time we have had vehicle serviced at this dealership...
