My experience at BMW of the Main Line was “GREAT”.I spoke with Zac Anderson, Internet Client Concierge and he connected me to Kerry Simmons Client Advisor. I spoke with Kerry and set up a date and time that I would like to stop in. On the day that I arrive and no sooner than I could get out of my car Kerry was in the lot to greet me. From the time he introduced himself, I knew that my BMW experience was going to be great. To no surprise it was. Kerry was pleasant, not overbearing, very polite and attentive to my concerns and needs. Oh!! Let me not leave out patient. I know I drove Kerry crazy but he never showed a sign of being irritated by my indecisiveness.Come on it’s a BMW and I couldn’t make up my mind between a sedan or a coupe. Any and everything I wanted to know Kerry explained it twice or Four times if I didn’t understand. There was no pressure on me to buy the car and I didn’t feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman. I received great customer service from Kerry and was told that if I ever have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to stop in or give him a call. What a “Great” experience Thanks Kerry. I love my BMW coupe!! More
Fantastic dealership. I did all my research and price inquiries via emails with multiple dealerships. BMW of the Main Line was the first one to come back with EXACT items and associated numbers what I a inquiries via emails with multiple dealerships. BMW of the Main Line was the first one to come back with EXACT items and associated numbers what I asked for. They did not say when can I come in to 'test drive' the car and not revealing any prices. They were very open to disclose information. I was also honest about my shopping so they knew they were competing with other dealerships. I went to the dealership just to appraise my car and I told them I was not going to make any decision that day. They honored my will and did not bother me with 'what can I do to make a sale today' speech. They came back with killer prices on BOTH new car and my trade-in. They demonstrated how willing they are to earn the business. I was there for 30 minutes. No time consuming negotiation or haggling back and forth with 'manager' or 'finance guy'. I slept on the deal and thought about it for one day. It was a great offer after all. Next day, I called them to close the deal and arranged for pick up. The smoothest car buying experience ever. They will be at the top of my list for next BMW purchase. If I were to point out something they could have done, it would be to include additional car selection with different options for possible up-sell. I asked for the very basic trim and they came back exactly what I asked for, but they could have added other choices just in case I would be interested. If the price is good, people might go for more expensive options. Just a thought. Overall, THE BEST dealership experience. Kerry Simmons, the sales person is fantastic. More
I had simply a great experience with the service department. I live some distance from Main Line BMW so I took my electrical problem to a local "auto electrical expert" who couldn't fix it and misdi department. I live some distance from Main Line BMW so I took my electrical problem to a local "auto electrical expert" who couldn't fix it and misdiagnosed it. He guessed it would be $800 to $1000 to fix it. When I called the service writer Ed Hill he listened to my description and said it is often something much simpler causing that problem. I scheduled an appointment and requested service while I wait. Within less than an hour the mechanic Sean Fitzpatrick had fixed the problem ($80, not $800!) and had performed Main Line's courtesy inspection of the whole car. They identified several problems and those were exactly ones I was aware of but had not addressed or mentioned. So they were totally correct. My 540 is ten years old with 96,000 miles on it. I authorized the work, took the loaner car and returned today. My car rides like new. The dealership where I bought my car new just did not ever provide this level of quality and in fact had misdiagnosed things. This experience with Main Line was totally positive. I have had a few other more minor things done by them in the past, also with great results. More
Over all I'm not a fan of this Dealer. If they feel like you make less then $100k per year they seem to treat you different. The reason I come here is because its less then 10min from my house. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership ..and I live in Nj.I drive a distance because the salesman I use is beyond amazing.he is worth the drive.I started at this dealersip in my 20's...I'm now in live in Nj.I drive a distance because the salesman I use is beyond amazing.he is worth the drive.I started at this dealersip in my 20's...I'm now in my 40's and 4 cars later...I'm still hooked on bmw My sales person used to pick up my car in Nj just to get it serviced in Pa for me( he lives in NJ too) ...try finding any sales person with that kind of stellar service. I have looked at other dealerships...the one in Marlton Nj is a bunch of scammers...Dont ever buy a car or service your car there( they charged me for a tire I never got and I drove off with a bad tire and a baby in the car)..... I should have sued them,I could have had an accident. Anyway, steve Vlasses is the best sales guy ever.I trust him 100%. and we all know we don't usually trust car salesman.but steve is a great and honest guy.love my new x5...! More
I notified KC,by phone, as well as several other dealers looking for a clean used BMW 528XI. After several conversations I drove to Mainline about a 4 hour drive from home. After checking out the car KC tol looking for a clean used BMW 528XI. After several conversations I drove to Mainline about a 4 hour drive from home. After checking out the car KC told me about, I was pleased to discover the car was just as he described. After a short drive, I bought it and am very pleased with the entire experience. While driving to work one morning, I had the dreaed TPMS monitor pop-up on my dash. So I drove directly into BMW Main Line to see what could be done. I had purchased the BMW tire/rim warranty through Main L monitor pop-up on my dash. So I drove directly into BMW Main Line to see what could be done. I had purchased the BMW tire/rim warranty through Main Line when I ordered my BMW. To my surprise, BMW Main Line has specific service employees for TPMS and my car was looked at within 5 minutes while coming in with no prior warning/notice to Main Line. I ended up having a nail in my tire which was causing the TPMS. Bill had my tire replaced for free (under the BMW tire/rim warranty) and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for better service. More

High quality service. Not cheap, but good communication and excellent repair and service job.
