My first experience with this particular BMW dealership. I was amazed at how busy they were but all so calm and inviting. My salesperson was very conscientious and easy to work with. After moving to the Ft. Washington area, with West German BMW only a mile from my home and being an avid BMW enthusiast, I was excited that there was a BMW Center so close by. My excitement shortly turned to disappointment the first time I called to check the availability of an E-60 M-5. As a busy executive, courtesy and convenience are two factors that effect by buying decisions. On my way to a meeting in Bala Cynwyd, I drove past BMW of the Main Line and decided I would stop in on my way home. At first I thought the BMW Center was a little off the beat and path but decided to have my secretary call and make an appointment with a sales person(client adviser). She sent a message to my black berry that I would be meeting with Douglas Walter. When I first arrived I was a little confused as to where to park however a very courteous lot attendant pointed me to the parking lot clearly labeled BMW Customer Parking. I was greeted by Douglas at the receptionists desk, was offed a beverage, and escorted to his office where he gathered my information and truly understood what I was looking for. After purchasing many vehicles over the years, I genuinely thought that this was a different kind of car buying experience. There was no typical "can I have your drivers license" and just writing down my information on a multi-layered customer information sheet. Doug was very personable, professional and most of all extremely knowledgeable of his product. Needless to say, not only did Doug earn my business but the business of my wife, family members and colleagues. In my opinion the short ride from Ft. Washington to Bala Cynwyd is well worth it. It sure is hard to find professional, courteous, knowledgeable sales people these days and I will continue to do business with BMW of the Main Line knowing that they truly have a talented staff especially with Douglas Walter. A friend who had purchased two cars from Doug recommended that I go to Doug when I was shopping for a new car. I was shopping other dealers (Audi and Mercedes). The audi dealership wouldn't even return cal that I go to Doug when I was shopping for a new car. I was shopping other dealers (Audi and Mercedes). The audi dealership wouldn't even return calls or emails. The Mercedes dealer gave me info over the phone and then on a return call i discovered he over promised options for the price he quoted. Doug was honest and up front throughout. I originally looked at a 128i and he was very honest about the options that I would get. He undersold the car. More

I've been a customer for 12 years and have had awesome service with sales and service every time. I have leased 5 vehichles from BMW of the Main Line. With every new lease they made the process as custom service with sales and service every time. I have leased 5 vehichles from BMW of the Main Line. With every new lease they made the process as customer oriented as possible. Same with every mechanical service performed - great service. All work has been performed by Main Line. Before taking ownership of my 328 two weeks ago I shopped at two different manufacturers before choosing BMW for my second car. I was really surprised what poor customer service I received at these other dealerships. I made one call to my salesman, KC Chan, and he took care of all my needs within hours and had a deposit by days end. I'm happy to have two BMW's in the driveway ! More
