While driving to work one morning, I had the dreaed TPMS monitor pop-up on my dash. So I drove directly into BMW Main Line to see what could be done. I had purchased the BMW tire/rim warranty through Main L monitor pop-up on my dash. So I drove directly into BMW Main Line to see what could be done. I had purchased the BMW tire/rim warranty through Main Line when I ordered my BMW. To my surprise, BMW Main Line has specific service employees for TPMS and my car was looked at within 5 minutes while coming in with no prior warning/notice to Main Line. I ended up having a nail in my tire which was causing the TPMS. Bill had my tire replaced for free (under the BMW tire/rim warranty) and I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. I couldn't ask for better service. More
