Had sort off an odd experience here at this BMW dealer, but it was generally ok. First off let me say the parts counter guys are great and always willing to help me explain benefits of quality OEM BMW par but it was generally ok. Now, for the odd part this dealer seems to have a management turnover problem. I have been dealing with Main Line BMW for about 3 years now i live in s philly so they r relativly close to me. One day i needed a part overnighted in sorta an 911 situation. the parts gentleman said i could have the part ovrnighted for an xtra 10%. No prob. The part was a e46 starter. I dealt with who i figured was the "Parts Manager "since he came out of the office. who first off asked another employee what an e46 was??? this guy is the boss??? but other then that proceded thru normal protocol of doin the order. let me say the old manager named george was very professional. So i bite on the extra 10& and get the starter ovrnighted, call the following day to see if it has arrived. Luckily the gentleman Joe i dealt with answered the phone very friendly, and informs me that he didnt process the overnight order??? so not only that, that doesnt help me get my e46 back on the road and down the shore on my only vaca week. eventually the following day the gentleman got me back on the road. This place used to have good managers in parts now it seems they r tryin to fill a void and cant. not sure how a "parts manger" forget to do a parts order, and doesnt no what an e46 is, but all in all it got fixed i was refunded my 10% and on my merry way. i will always go to main line as its close to me and i like ed in service and i like the convience of being close to PHILLY. other then ed the service writes r horrible to deal with here. More

Even though I now live in Georgia, I work in the Philadelphia area and always take my cars to BMW of the Mainline for service when I am here. My adviser, Joe Engro, is the consumate professional. He makes his customers feel like they are part of a caring family. My scheduled services are always completed in a timely manner, and I always get a loaner if need one. Over the years I have recommended this dealer to friends and family. My son Andre just bought a new 535xi there, his second purchase since 2005. Great job guys! I highly recommend this dealer. More
I had a great experiencing working with Kerry Simmons, Client Advisor at BMW of the Main Line. A good friend of mine referred me to Kerry, after I mentioned to her that I was thinking about buying a BMW. Client Advisor at BMW of the Main Line. Kerry was available to meet with me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He made sure the sedan that I wanted to check out was ready and waiting for me to test drive. After Kerry addressed all of my questions and concerns, and thoroughly explained all of the ins and outs of the sedan, I was sold. Or so I thought... A day later, I decided that I didn't really want to purchase that particular BMW. I mentioned this to Kerry and he had no problem meeting with me a second time. He took the time to help me find the vehicle that was right for me. Kerry checked and double checked the entire inventory listing until he exhausted every single possibility there was. Finally, we found a winner. A coupe! From my initial phone conversation with Kerry, and even after the purchase of my vehicle was complete, Kerry truly made me feel like a valued customer. He allowed me to take all of the time that I needed, and I never once felt as if I was being rushed or pressured. I appreciate this because great customer service is rather hard to find nowadays. After having such a wonderful experience, I too will recommend Kerry Simmons without hesitation, to everyone I know that is interested in purchasing a BMW. More
I felt the sales people, Pete Ryan and Frank Muto were fair and open to negotiation when discussing price. I signed the contract feeling I got a good price. Picking up my car was a pleasure as they were prepared for my arrival and then took the time to carefully explain the key features of the car. More
