They told me my oil change wasn’t covered under warranty, so I asked for my car back. Then they double checked and, wouldn’t you know, it’s covered by the warranty. Then they took exactly 2 hours to do the oil change, which is ridiculous to me. And the my service advisor has got to have had the worst attitude in the world. If he doesn’t want to deal with people, he should go get a desk job. I’ll go to Fort Washington next time. More
