I Just bought a BMW X6 from BMW of the Main Line; my overall experience was very good, but what made it outstanding was Kerry Simmons. There are three primary characteristics that Kerry encompasses which, I believe are key to any successful and prudent business relationship, but even more, offer a firm bedrock of which to grow on that relationship in years to come. First, Kerry is very...I mean VERY KNOWLEDGABLE: Upon my arrival at the dealership, Kerry reviewed every intricate detail of the X6 as though he was reciting his thesis for a PhD. His comprehensive understanding is unmatched & while all of the features and gadgets on the X6 can be overwhelming to learn in one sitting, but parenthetically FUN, of course, Kerry was able to balance brevity with punctiliousness. He didn't miss a beat....not once. Second, Kerry is HONEST: In my experiences with Kerry, he has given me no reason to second guess his motives or his information. Kerry 100% calls it how he sees it; his honesty and up front nature gives him an edge that keeps him ahead of his peers AND even more importantly, provides the customer a sense of trust that in business and in life, is something to be proud of. Finally, Kerry is COMMITTED to the customer: Hands down Kerry's commitment is inimitable. He is by far the most committed and invested person I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. On the day that I was 'making the deal', so to speak, there could have been a small "bump" in the road that perhaps would have changed my outlook on the overall experience. Notwithstanding this fact, Kerry stepped up to the plate and took a strong initiative on my behalf so as to ensure my experience was nothing but top notch. In a moment Kerry, showed great CHARACTER AND RESILIENCE; he found a solution in the best interest of his client (me!) and followed through with everything that I wanted and could have ever expected. Overall, I rate Kerry Simmons a 100%, A++. He has proved to me to be the best of the best in not only his knowledge and expertise as a representative of BMW, but even more importantly, in his character and integrity as a person. More

Lou Whitener made purchasing my first car not only less daunting, but actually enjoyable. She didn’t talk down to me, and she didn’t question my ability to pay for the X1. As a single female in my early 30s, I was typically either ignored or not given a price quote (Devon Hill BMW), and at one (non-BMW) dealership, the first thing shown to me was where the cup holders were - as if nothing else about the vehicle mattered. Lou’s client service was excellent, and I am so thankful that I ended up with her. For example, Lou was on vacation while we were discussing the price, and even then she still responded to my emails and calls, and put me in touch with Tony Lukanski, her manager, to continue the process so I wouldn’t have to wait until she returned. Lou kept every promise she made, and was responsive to my onslaught of inquiries (there were a lot given that this was my first time going through the process on my own). I ended up financing a portion of the purchase price and had the opportunity to work with Frank Muto, the BMW Financing on-site person. He was efficient, and extremely organized, which was a stark contrast from my previous leasing experience at BMW of Westchester (in White Plains, NY) where I was just handed a stack of different sized paperwork. Frank provided folders (it is amazing what an impact that this no-brainer small gesture can have) and explained every piece of paper given to me. Overall, I was very impressed with the team of people that I worked with at BMW of the Main Line, and I would highly recommend them.
