I recently purchased BMW X1 from Mainline BMW . I had an opportunity to interact with Lou from sales and Frank from Finance. Right from pricing the new car and Trade in till I drove my new car out of the de opportunity to interact with Lou from sales and Frank from Finance. It is very rare nowadays to see such people who have willingness to help the customer sincerely out of their way. In all my car buying experience in multiple states for many years , this experience has been wonderful . These are all the qualities of the personnel which I admire and products which I will continue to purchase and use down the line. :) More

Frank Muto was terrific, he explained every detail of the sale and what I was signing. He described everything is such detail and made the entire process a pleasant experience. Both representatives went out of their way to treat us like friends and not just another sale. Gifts galore on the pick-up day.
