Service: pleasant but incompetent I have been a customer of BMW of the Main Line for more than 10 years, and I am on my third BMW. I come back because their location is convenient for I have been a customer of BMW of the Main Line for more than 10 years, and I am on my third BMW. I don’t think I have ever brought my car in for a problem that has been fixed correctly the first time. I am on a first name basis with my service advisor Cameron, who is unfailingly pleasant, but the whole operation seems incompetent. Brought my car in a month ago for a fuel pump problem and scheduled service. Fuel pump was replaced but service not done so I am back again. Despite calling twice to explain the issue, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment today no one had a clue why I was here. Now I am waiting for the service that should have been done last time and to make matters worse they are charging me for what they said would be complimentary service. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and go elsewhere! More
