Very good. Covered all requests and repairs. Checked for any I brought the car in for routine check up. There were several small items that needed to be addressed as well. Wheel Package and Alignment We plan to buy another new BMW. However after our experience yesterday we will not buy from Mainline BMW. With the purchase of my 5series in 2013 I pu We plan to buy another new BMW. However after our experience yesterday we will not buy from Mainline BMW. With the purchase of my 5series in 2013 I purchased a wheel package. Since my wheels were pulling I asked to again fix the rims and correct the alignment. I was told (1) my wheel package expired without notification. (2) and since my rims were causing the pull of the steering I should BUY new rims for $4000. (3) in the past I have had BMW fix up my rims for less than $1000. No other options were offered. (4) I was then told they wouldn’t check the alignment since I wouldn’t buy new rims. To jump to the conclusion that I need to spend $4000 was preposterous. Is BMW incenting your reps for upselling? More

He is always prompt and responsive to my questions. I have always had a very positive experience with KC and it’s almost like seeing an old friend each time. I also go to Mainline BMW for service and find them to be equally responsive to any concerns that I’ve had in the past. More

Service: pleasant but incompetent I have been a customer of BMW of the Main Line for more than 10 years, and I am on my third BMW. I come back because their location is convenient for me, but their service is consistently awful. I don’t think I have ever brought my car in for a problem that has been fixed correctly the first time. I am on a first name basis with my service advisor Cameron, who is unfailingly pleasant, but the whole operation seems incompetent. Brought my car in a month ago for a fuel pump problem and scheduled service. Fuel pump was replaced but service not done so I am back again. Despite calling twice to explain the issue, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment today no one had a clue why I was here. Now I am waiting for the service that should have been done last time and to make matters worse they are charging me for what they said would be complimentary service. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and go elsewhere! More
