Quickly handled a warranty-covered repair! I am a new BMW owner, having recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and contacted the dealer when a problem developed with the electronic controls on I am a new BMW owner, having recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and contacted the dealer when a problem developed with the electronic controls on the driver’s seat. I was able to easily make and confirm an appointment online, and I was seen at the dealership exactly at the scheduled time. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and completed the work, all in less than 24 hours. The car is still under factory warranty, so there was no cost to me; I simply signed the service papers and drove home. Couldn’t have been easier. The dealership is pristine and very well maintained. Staff are friendly and very professional. This was my first experience at the dealer, and I expect to return as needed in the future based on my positive interaction with them. More

Wheel Package and Alignment We plan to buy another new BMW. However after our experience yesterday we will not buy from Mainline BMW. With the purchase of my 5series in 2013 I pu We plan to buy another new BMW. However after our experience yesterday we will not buy from Mainline BMW. With the purchase of my 5series in 2013 I purchased a wheel package. Since my wheels were pulling I asked to again fix the rims and correct the alignment. I was told (1) my wheel package expired without notification. (2) and since my rims were causing the pull of the steering I should BUY new rims for $4000. (3) in the past I have had BMW fix up my rims for less than $1000. No other options were offered. (4) I was then told they wouldn’t check the alignment since I wouldn’t buy new rims. To jump to the conclusion that I need to spend $4000 was preposterous. Is BMW incenting your reps for upselling? More
