What I did not appreciate was some of the comments my service rep made to me first of all not wanting to do the work on my car because you all wouldn’t accept the part my warranty company was sending is service rep made to me first of all not wanting to do the work on my car because you all wouldn’t accept the part my warranty company was sending is absurd what do you care what part is out on as long as your making money off the labor core charges and any other fees associated I understand you all stand behind your work but if the part failed that my warranty company was going to send that doesn’t go against you it goes against my warranty company I feel as though my service rep Jackson was not being honest with me I feel as though because my warranty companies part was so much cheaper the decision was made not to do the work from a financial stand point not part quality Jackson also said I wouldn’t be able to afford the outstanding balance that would need to be payed after my warranty company payed their portion who is he to determine what I can afford or not my finances are none of his business and after he made that statement and assumption about me you don’t have to worry about me bringing my car back there for anything if I can help it that statement was rude and condescending dismissive and down right inappropriate so my over all experience was a negative one no I didn’t but my car from a BMW dealer but if I bring my car in I should be treated and respected the same as someone who did the only reason I didn’t pay out of pocket is because I have a warranty yes I could’ve payed out of pocket and if it comes down to it that I have to I won’t bring me business back there and if he tried to dupe on the cost of my transfer case how do I know if the other stuff he said I need done needs to be how do I know he’s not trying to dupe me on those repairs also that’s y I said no to you all doing my oil pan he wasn’t trying to offer me the price of my transfer case being done with the one my warranty company was going to send he gave me a price of how much id have to pay out of pocket using you alls transfer case he wasn’t up front and honest it all came down to how much money he could make for the dealership but not for me getting my car back operational in the most cost efficient manor so i Thanku you all for the lesson learned and as they say never take your car to the dealer they’re only out to get you Jason Pope More

Overall, I was unhappy with the experience. My service representative and all of the staff were respectful, courteous, and friendly (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). I came in for an oil change and left with a $620 bill. My service technician said that my car was due for a new engine air filter and cabin filter, which I authorized. There was no mention of cost, so I assumed the amount would be considered reasonable by a customer. When I went to pick up my car, I noted that I did not receive a video inspection of my vehicle (which this shop used to send). I was told, "they didn't find anything," which I translate into: "we only did the work we are charging to you." The representative later told me that ownership recently changed, so maybe they are cutting corners now. The final kicker was the bill that showed over $500 for the filter changes. The only explanation I got: "sometimes they have to take apart the dashboard to replace the cabin filter." Not exactly...it's accessed from below the glove compartment...but okay, so why was the engine air filter even more expensive? That one is accessed pretty easily in the engine bay. Net-net, I was either erroneously charged or the labor rate for two 15-minute jobs was completely unreasonable. More
