Quickly handled a warranty-covered repair! I am a new BMW owner, having recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and contacted the dealer when a problem developed with the electronic controls on I am a new BMW owner, having recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and contacted the dealer when a problem developed with the electronic controls on the driver’s seat. I was able to easily make and confirm an appointment online, and I was seen at the dealership exactly at the scheduled time. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and completed the work, all in less than 24 hours. The car is still under factory warranty, so there was no cost to me; I simply signed the service papers and drove home. Couldn’t have been easier. The dealership is pristine and very well maintained. Staff are friendly and very professional. This was my first experience at the dealer, and I expect to return as needed in the future based on my positive interaction with them. More
