I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW! More

She listens to her clients, advises the client of the work that needs to be performed, keeps the client updated on the status of their vehicle and when the work is expected to be completed. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the car jockeys, specifically Eric and Claude. I had a question about an error message I received on the dashboard. They took care of the issue right away and even had my car rewashed. Just outstanding service all around. More

BMW Main Line rules. Adam in service is the best. I have a 2018 X3 and really loved the car for the first 6 months. Had a few minor electrical issues and random messages popping up that annoyed the sh*t outta me so I mentioned it during my routine oil change and maintenance. EVERYTHING got taken care of. Not to mention, they gave me a loaner car bc I needed to pick up my daughter (had no idea it would be more than an oil change) and when I brought it back, my car was waiting, clean, vacuumed and ready to go in front of the dealership. Now my husband wants the 430i loaner as our next car. The saga continues. BMW of the Main Line will have a customer for life. Thank you!! More

Service Issues - Great Service Had a deflating/flat tire this morning on my way to work. I was able to stop by the dealership without an appointment and have the tire replaced in l Had a deflating/flat tire this morning on my way to work. I was able to stop by the dealership without an appointment and have the tire replaced in less than an hour - and that even included a car wash and interior vacuum! Can’t ask for more than that! More
