Ripp off I brought my 2014 BMW X6 in for service in which I needed a couple lightbulbs changed my gas pedal tightened. For each individual item they were charging me $169 just to look at each problem that I had . So before anything even got fixed my bill was $540 and that was just to look at all my issues that I had with the car nothing with labor or parts. To me that is highway robbery. More

Rarely are there loaners available I had my car towed in without an appointment. Unfortunately, the car required major work. I was told that there weren’t any loaners available. Service was great Woke up to a flat tire the Saturday before Christmas. Called BMW and they were friendly and helpful.
