Horrible Lease Return The loopholes encountered at this dealership proves absolute corruption corrupts absolutely. I purchased a special contract when signing for the lease The loopholes encountered at this dealership proves absolute corruption corrupts absolutely. I purchased a special contract when signing for the lease to cover all scratches to the vehicle along with tires. Guess what? I had to pay $600 for two tires because low treads are not covered and $100 for scratches to the bumper because scratches on the bumper are not covered. Don’t forget to pay the $350 to the bank for the lease return. I am sorry but the dealership never placed these loopholes in writing. They are about soaking more money out of a client. BMW is “the ultimate driving machine” but the personnel are just machines. No hearts and souls !!!!!!😡The only employees who treated me with compassion were Lou Whitener in Sales and Debbie Schmidt in Service. More

Why will you sell me a car that bad bad tires. I will never recommend bmw to anyone. I was ripped off as you sold me terrible certified used car that had not gone through inspection.
