My first time there and not pleased. I was told that my car would only take a few hours only to find out by the end of the day yesterday that the recall part that i needed had to be deli I was told that my car would only take a few hours only to find out by the end of the day yesterday that the recall part that i needed had to be delivered in the morning. I have missed two days of work because of this inconvenience and the young man Rony made me feel like it didn’t matter. The young lady who answered the phone in the service department seemed more concerned about me than he did. Very disappointed More
Long wait for a simple fix. Poor communication. Multiple issues with this car that cannot be fixed with no communication. Both exhausts pipes were falling off of a one year o Poor communication. I purchased my X5 in 2019 when I worked in Philadelphia and was close to BMW of the Mainline. This said, I no longer work in Philadelphia BUT I travel an hour to this dealership as the Service department and was close to BMW of the Mainline. This said, I no longer work in Philadelphia BUT I travel an hour to this dealership as the Service department is fantastic. I want to point out Debbie Schmitt who I always request to be my service advisor. She is outstanding and makes the service experience a positive one. As does the Service department that will hop on the phone and answer questions when I have them. Lastly, the team that books service appointments is also fantastic! Thank you, BMW of the Mainline! The service department is the worst EVER! Nick the service manager was NO help! I reached out to the General Manager several times and have not gotten a response! This dealership told me my tire was on back order for at least 10 weeks and since I didn't purchase my vehicle from this dealership I was not able to get a loaner! They stated I had to rent a vehicle on my own expense! While having a flat! I then drove my vehicle to Marlton where I purchased the vehicle from and was given a loaner car instantly! I was also told the tire would be available in about 2 weeks. Mainline told me the tire wasn't available for at least 10 weeks! The worst dealership! I will never go here again!! More

BMW Mainline is the absolute worst. .They’re blatantly disrespecting people of color, like me. Today was the last straw for me, when the Service Advisor named Wanita knew that I was her .They’re blatantly disrespecting people of color, like me. Today was the last straw for me, when the Service Advisor named Wanita knew that I was her 10:00 appointment and she stayed away from her desk for over 30 minutes, knowing that I was there waiting for her. I asked about her whereabouts and was first told that she was in the shop. After 15 minutes I asked one of staff to let her know I was there waiting. After 17 minutes more she told the Tire technician to let me know that she doesn’t work there anymore and she was not taking any more customers. I’m beyond annoyed and frustrated with her total disregard for me and my time. I will never go there again and I’m going to let anyone who wants to purchase a BMW, all the reasons why they should not go there and all that I have been through with that darn Dealership! More
