Excellent service and they washed my car. I went in to have the batteries replaced in my keyfobs. I didn’t have to give them any info, they pulled it all from my key. My wonderful experience with Main Line BMW My X3 broke down in Philadelphia. I live 100 miles away. After I panicked I called the Mainline BMW dealership. Debbie was my contact person at BMW. My X3 broke down in Philadelphia. I live 100 miles away. After I panicked I called the Mainline BMW dealership. Debbie was my contact person at BMW. She was very professional and very reassuring and supportive. She took care of all the details for me and set up my repair. She called and texted me updates. She understood the difficulty for me living so far away and needing to get to my job. She facilitated a loaner car. Debbie understood that I would be in Phili on Wed. and had my car ready to go when I got there. She was my BMW Angel who took care of everything! She has a good team backing her up at Mainline because I know it was everyone working together to get my car back on the road. A huge thank you to Debbie and the mechanics who worked on my car! I will get my future service at Mainline knowing I’m in good hands!! My car is great again and I love my X3!!! More
