OK service It was a simple oil change and alloy wheel repair. When I checked in, I told Jeff that I sent in a claim for wheel repair. I thought it was strange and I called the claim to AutoXel and he is saying he will send in a claim again. I told him that I bought this third party plan and he said that he does not know what I bought. I called AutoXel to confirm my claim and they said that they had received it and they will schedule work with the dealership. I found out that I also had BMW Wheel and Tire plan as well. H should know what I have and tell me what the status is. When ai picked up the car after service is complete, valet person brought my car and he broke my key chain when pulling out a tag. He should be more careful. More

She’s always friendly, attends to my needs and keeps me updated on what happening with my vehicle. She makes it a point to keep me abreast of any upcoming services. This way, I can get all of my services completed in one trip, if preferred. The only thing I can really say is my biggest pet peeve is the cost of repair. More

The night we were supposed to settle On the car was changed because certain personnel weren’t available I was given two hours notice. The day that we did settle on the car I was told to be there at 4 o’clock sharp I was not seen till 5 o’clock . After I was told my car was out front. There was no one there the keys were in the car I was told. Better communication and customer service would benefit them well. More
