OK service It was a simple oil change and alloy wheel repair. When I checked in, I told Jeff that I sent in a claim for wheel repair. He said that he will have It was a simple oil change and alloy wheel repair. When I checked in, I told Jeff that I sent in a claim for wheel repair. He said that he will have to do it. I thought it was strange and I called the claim to AutoXel and he is saying he will send in a claim again. I told him that I bought this third party plan and he said that he does not know what I bought. I called AutoXel to confirm my claim and they said that they had received it and they will schedule work with the dealership. I found out that I also had BMW Wheel and Tire plan as well. H should know what I have and tell me what the status is. When ai picked up the car after service is complete, valet person brought my car and he broke my key chain when pulling out a tag. He should be more careful. More
