Easy, quick, complete No problem setting up a convenient appointment. I was logged in and on my way within 10 minutes of drop off - free coffee and soft pretzels eased th No problem setting up a convenient appointment. I was logged in and on my way within 10 minutes of drop off - free coffee and soft pretzels eased the tiny wait. Comfortable waiting area, though I chose to leave car and come back. I was offered a ride home, but declined - needed the exercise and my home is 1/2 mile away from dealership ( one of the reasons we bought the car here in the first place). Was told the service would be 3-4 hours, but in reality it was about 2 1/2. No surprise charges tho the service agent did not go over the invoice (albeit a one year service and inspection). Car was clean - but not as clean as I would have liked. (Rear window was dirty especially under the roof overhang). Painless service! Way to go BMW! More

Emergency service On college visit with daughter from out of state when “Service Engine Soon” light came on in my 2009 BMW 328xi. Found BMW of The Main Line was nearby On college visit with daughter from out of state when “Service Engine Soon” light came on in my 2009 BMW 328xi. Found BMW of The Main Line was nearby and called into service. They said we’ll get you in! Was in and out in a little over 2 hours and on our way with the car running and looking (they washed it) good. Thanks to Jeff there and everyone who helped us out. More

I asked for a safety check, and they discovered three potential or current problems, and were great about explaining my options (ie, not everything needed to be done right away). The service itself was done in a timely fashion, and even though we did end up doing a lot of work the car was finished by the promised time. I also like the way they communicate by text, phone, and email--it makes it very easy to get back to them to OK any work without sitting on hold... More
