Ernesto Wilson and BMW of the Main Line- Excellent Service Pulled in the service center with a flat tire, was on my way to my daughters soccer game, which was starting soon. Ernesto approached me and asked ho Pulled in the service center with a flat tire, was on my way to my daughters soccer game, which was starting soon. Ernesto approached me and asked how he could help me, I told him I have 2 problems- a flat tire and I’m going to miss my daughters soccer game! Without hesitation He said- no your not, I’m not going to let that happen! I responded, yes I am! Within minutes he had me on my way in a loaner vehicle, he said he’ll take care of my car, it’s more important that I get to the game. He contacted me a few mins later and said they have the tires in stock, car would be ready in a little while. Shortly after the game, Ernesto called and said my car is ready for pickup, He said I could come tonight or if it’s better for me, to come in the morning at my convenience! Thanks to Ernesto and his team, I was able make the game and pick my car up that evening. I called and said I would be there right around closing, they said no problem, we’ll have everything ready for you when you get here, in which they did! And the pricing for everything was very competitive. I’ve had some good experiences with BMW over the last 15 years, but this is one I won’t forget! Thanks again! More
