Unhappy Customer The experience was unpleasant. First time at this dealership. No cell signal. Was not informed of the WIFI password. Had to ask another customer. I wa The experience was unpleasant. Parked in the BMW "Customer Parking". Went into the main area. Was told to go back out, move my car into the staging area and check in with a greeter. A greeter finally approached me. I went in and was told to sit down and I would be called. Several customers that came in after me left before me. After almost an hour I approached an employee at a counter. I was told to sit down and that I would be called when they received my ticket from the shop, with a little "attitude". After another 20 minutes, I found a shop person walking around and explained my situation. He went out in the shop and brought my ticket in to a desk. He was very helpful. I waited a long time for the loaner car also. When I came back to pick up my car I was told to approach the cashier, he couldn't find my paperwork. They had my name on the rental agreement but the car is registered to my company. I waited a significant amount of time for my car. Another customer was waiting for his car. It was out front, locked, and he couldn't get his key. He was not happy either. Total time waiting for drop off, 90 minutes. Total time waiting for loaner, 20 minutes. Total time waiting for pick up, 20 Minutes. More

BMW on the mainline provide you with excellent customer service. However, I do wish the cost of labor was a bit more reasonable when compared to the actual needed parts for the vehicle. service. Had a part replaced that had a core charge, if purchased to go. They charged me the core charge and am waiting for a credit, $300.00. Amex is more than willing to hold the full payment. to go. I would not recommend BMW period. I am former Lexus and most recently a Mercedes owner and have never had the problems with them as I have had with BMW. The electronics system has never worked right from day one, the passenger safety bad warning has Constantly come on even after my last service visit just seven months ago after I specifically asked that it be fixed. The issue with the rims is a nightmare. Two of my closest friends recently left BMW for a Range Rover and a Mercedes because of feeling being gouged by service and rim issues.
