Cameron was courteous and professional. My challenge is that the customer is not given a minute to confer with the mechanic. The client representative does not have the knowledge. Technology is great but that the customer is not given a minute to confer with the mechanic. The client representative does not have the knowledge. Technology is great but the small things are missed like forgetting to reset the computer which caused me to return the next day and helping the client understand what is going on with their vehicle and checking to see if they have any concerns. You are losing the human touch. More

I’ve been a Lexus owner for the last 10 years and I def like their service better. I wasn’t greeted when I pulled into the garage. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would be right with me b like their service better. I wasn’t greeted when I pulled into the garage. I was told to sit in the waiting area and someone would be right with me but I waited about 30 minutes until I walked up to the service counter. I worked with Elizabeth she was knowledgeable and sent text and called with an update and when the car was ready. Whether busy or not a customer should not know. More
