Debbie provided great service as usual by keeping me informed every step of the way. Was very happy you were open and could take me on Saturday. I ended up paying $175 to have optional “sunroof and body informed every step of the way. Was very happy you were open and could take me on Saturday. I ended up paying $175 to have optional “sunroof and body drain cleaning” which seemed to take less than 5 minutes to be done and in retrospect, I am sorry I agreed to pay for that service as I feel taken advantage of. The labor involved must be very minimal as it was done very quickly. I take responsibility here but I still feel like I was ripped off. Not a good feeling. More
