BMW of the Main Line

Loved the work on my bmw at the mainline. As usual they did an amazing thorough job on my car runs like new. I usually go to this dealership to get my work done. My service person this time lacked very goo did an amazing thorough job on my car runs like new. I usually go to this dealership to get my work done. My service person this time lacked very good communication skills this time they are usually great. He did not request I send him a copy of my registration so upon my arrival after then having my car 12 hours my car would be done and waged and I could go on about my day. I dropped my loaner off and had to wait an extra 2 hours due to that break down. I am not somebody that likes to complain but stuff like that is unacceptable and very frustrating More
