I brought my 2018 530i here for state inspection. I sat for two hours with no communication updates. Finally got an update and stated need to repair axle. Asked, how long will it take—“a while.” Took Lyft for two hours with no communication updates. Finally got an update and stated need to repair axle. Asked, how long will it take—“a while.” Took Lyft home, called at 3:30 for updates, receptionist said Eddie will get right back to you—an hour later, nothing. I called back, and was told by Eddie car is done. I said I would be in in morning to pick up. Got caught up with work and went at 1:30. Was told by receptionist that Eddie does not have paperwork completed. Sat for 20 minutes and finally was able to check car out. One and 2/3 day for state inspection and terrible communications. More

JJ Jalilian gave us the best experience buying a car. I told him that we could not be there all day and he set a timer on his phone to complete the sale within the time frame.
