Very disappointed in the amount of time it took for the service agent to speak with me after I arrived for my appointment. I had scheduled an appointment online, but the service agent had no record of it u service agent to speak with me after I arrived for my appointment. Once my appointment was confirmed, it took far too long to do the service. After service was completed it again took far too long for them to get my car so I could go home. All toll, 9:30 to past 5:00. It was very clear that I was not a drop off, I waited for the car because I live a distance from this dealer. More
