Worst customer service I’ve ever received from ANY establishment let alone car dealer in my life. Totally and completely unacceptable. My service rep, Johnny suggested add-on “service recommendations” establishment let alone car dealer in my life. Totally and completely unacceptable. My service rep, Johnny suggested add-on “service recommendations” which I later found out were totally unnecessary, outrageously priced and poorly explained. After declining the extra service recommendations, he stopped answering or returning any of my phone calls and texts. My vehicle had been there for a total of 6 days, Johnny stopped taking and returning my calls and texts on the 4th day. My husband had to call management for answers and updates on my vehicle. On pick up day (6th day) the invoice had extra charges (by mistake they claimed) that were never explained to me. Except for the invoice, no verbal communication or explanation was ever carried out on what my vehicle actually received. I was denied a loaner almost the whole time claiming “unavailability” until they acknowledged a communication misunderstanding on day 5 of 6 and suddenly a loaner car was available. Ernesto was the best rep there. This BMW site does not deserve him. However, I will never do business with or recommend this site to any future or current owner of BMW. More
Staff’s polite and engaging as well as clear about expectations in regard to turnaround. Only turn off today was being asked for my ID after presenting my credit card. I’ve serviced and purchased cars at this dealership for more than 10 years, and outside of purchasing a car I’ve never been asked for my ID. When asked why, I was told “there have been issues with suppliers”. What? The name on the invoice and the name on the card are the same so I wonder what’s the probability of someone presenting a stolen credit card to settle their invoice? Do people typically use stolen credit cards to settle invoices, do strangers walk up to dealerships and pick up cars that don’t belong to them by guessing the name of who may have brought their car in for service and hope it matches the credit card they’ve stolen, etc.? I was told they ask everyone for their ID, unfortunately I was the only one checking out and, again, I’ve never seen anyone being asked for their ID before. No big deal so “luckily” I had my ID with me. I don’t want to have to think before or after servicing my car LOL!!!, however, this encounter made me think - was I being asked because there was a “disconnect” with the car/M550i, my AMX card and me? What’s even funnier I was wearing a mask and wasn’t even asked to remove it just to be sure it was me. My ID matched my skin tone so I guess that was enough. Hmmmm! Still love BMWs though! More

This was my first time dealing with BMW of the Main Line. Very poor communication and service from the service department. Could not get a call back for days on status. I was told service would be done in a day, then could not get an update for many days. On Friday of Labor Day weekend after stressing I needed the car for the weekend, I was put on hold for over an hour just to be told it would not be ready until the following week sometime and no loaners would be available. Very poor service and communication. More
