For a BMW- I expect great quality and service. While I love my X3, the service advisor and team is sub par. I dropped my car for service in the morning with no call back, text or email with updates. After several calls, I was told my service advisor left for the day and to call back. Unfortunately, that answer was not appropriate without a loaner or my car for the night. After hold for 15 minutes, my car was magically ready after being told it was not ready. There was no manager available to speak with about the service on my car. I asked for a Lyft to be called to bring me to the dealer at which point, I was told hopefully you make it before we close. I called a few times that day with no call back so unacceptable response. It is very unprofessionally to not receive an update on my car or call back. I would expect much more from a luxury dealer and am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Meanwhile, my car issue is not resolved. More

What a mistake. Went to BMW of Main Line for convenience. I paid for inspection, new tires and an alignment. As soon as I left the lot, got an error message. The service department was responsive to making appointment and were pretty easy to get and they accommodated the pick up of car (Thursday 12/9 ) although the return of the car took a call ( 12/13 appointment and were pretty easy to get and they accommodated the pick up of car (Thursday 12/9 ) although the return of the car took a call ( 12/13 ) to inquire the whereabouts of my car.
